Meet our Founder, Cameron

Cameron is a local native born and raised in Jax, FL. Starting as a vendor, he saw a need for more space for makers, artists, and small businesses and founded The Underground Markets. Cameron is a lover of IPA's, fine arts, vintage shopping, and his dogs Bebe and Chief. He is a collector of brass elephants and a retired vocal teacher who currently is thriving as a business analyst.

Meet Holly, head chef and founder of Cantina Majano!

Holly is so excited to have the opportunity to share her love and story of latin food. Her father who migrated to the U.S. before she was born was always in the kitchen, cooking the most comforting meals out of what seemed like barely any ingredients. He noticed her interests for food at a young age and would go on to teach Holly the ways of her grandmother. Generations of Majano culture are connected through her food. While Mexican fare is at the forefront of this venture, a lot of the food is inspired by her Belizean and Latin roots as well.
